Introduction
Cryptocurrency is a fast growing, two trillion dollar market with unparalleled global reach and opportunity. PARROT seeks to harness the ability of cryptocurrency to improve and protect one of the most abused pet sectors, birds.
Serious Problem to be Solved
Many birds live as long as people, 80 years, and yet may be acquired when a person is well over 20 years old. This leads to a continual issue where birds are abandoned and not always by choice. Another major contributor to parrot abandonment is people may choose to buy a bird because they can be visually beautiful, perfectly mimic anything they hear, be clowns, do funny tricks, sit on your shoulder, and be affectionate. What people also learn is they can be a very challenging “pet”. Parrots can have the curious intellect, and temperament, of a four-year-old child with a strong desire of consistency. They are messy. They can be moody, skittish, as loud as an airplane jet engine, partial to a single owner, aggressive to human interaction if they have a mate and capable of breaking a walnut with their beak. They require a more stringent diet and care of their talons and beak. They require temperature control and safety from predators. Their cages must be large enough to allow them free movement and yet also strong enough to withstand their curious and powerful beak. They need stimulation through toys and interaction to keep them occupied and happy. Owners will routinely buy them toys whose entire purpose is to be destroyed by their beak, sometimes lasting hours or even only minutes. Parrots are not average pets and people make a mistake of owning a pet they were not prepared for. It is no wonder that an estimated 5% or more of the 50 million parrots in captivity today need to be rehomed every year. That is a staggering abandonment of 8,000 parrots every single day and many more are abused due to neglect.

- CALL : Generic terms for the FLOCK participation including the mission of PARROT utility token and the AGENCY to deliver those goals.
- CHARITY TOKEN : A cryptocurrency based utility token which generates proceeds from bay/sell each transaction which benefits are allocated to a fund to be distributed to designated charitable parrot rescue causes. CryptoFUND, ParrotFUNd nor team members can be recipients.
- FLOCK : Active members of PARROT who participate on our social media platform
- FUNd : Reference to the charity wallet while also acknowledging this charity effort is different through its design to be engaging, fun and rewarding. A true uplift everyday.
- HODL : Holding an investment long term rather than trying to time buys and sells.
- MetaMask : A popular wallet used to hold your tokens, PARROT and others. MetaMask is very versatile and popular but requires a little more setup to work with BSC/BNB tokens. As a general rule, do not give your wallet passphrase to anyone as that information allows for complete access and token transfer rights. No one from the Agency will ever ask for your passphrase or ask you to transfer tokens in your wallet to another wallet.
- NOMINATIONS : Act of recommending an organization, company or individual who makes a noteworthy contribution to the rescue, rehabilitation and/or rehoming of abuse or neglected birds.
- PancakeSwap : The funny sounding name for the most popular Crytpocurrency "Exchange" (like a stock exchange) for the BSC / BNB token. You "SWAP" your BSC/BNB for PARROT to execute a purchase.

- PARROT DROPPINGS : A humorous term for PARROT crypto airdrops which are defined as a direct deposit of PARROT tokens into crypto wallets of those who make an impact through PARROT CALL using efforts such as social sharing and social content generation. - REFLECTIONS : The auto-distribution of PARROT token to active PARROT HODL wallets when transactions occur. It is a reward for those who keep PARROT or invest in PARROT over a long period of time. It is literally the receipt of free PARROT token just for having PARROT in your wallet. You do not need to do anything to participate. A record is kept of all wallets with PARROT in them and the distribution is automatically calculated and disbursed based on quantity in each wallet.
- TOKENOMICS : Tax applied at buy or sell of a token used to increase token value, reward HOLD with reflections, protect against volatility and fund future development and marketing of the token.
- TREATS : Financial distribution of the charity funds which are of a value of $100 or more. These will most often be sent as an online financial transfer such as Paypal, Venmo, etc but could also be a physical check where required.
- TrustWallet : A popular wallet used to hold your tokens, PARROT and others. - WHALE : A cryptocurrency term used to describe a large investor who consumes an unusual amount of shares. Protocol
PARROT is a BSC2.0 utility token used to empower a decentralized community of people with common avian interest. It provides all participants a shared and open currentcy that be used without centralized intermediaries.
Supply and Allocations
The total supply of PARROT is permanently fixed at a maximum of 1 trillion tokens. There was no pre-sale. No minting capability is exposed through the contract interface, thus the total supply will never increase.
The contract interface does employ and 1% buy back and burn mechanism, so the total supply will gradually decline increasing HODL value and stabilize price.

Charity Distribution aka TREATS
4% of market volume goes directly to PARROT FUNd wallet to be disbursed.
What makes PARROT unique is charity awards, known as PARROT TREATS, are :
- Initially acquired from market volume trades and automatically sent via BNB to it’s own wallet.
- Distribution of funds are merit based to various organizations. (more below)
- CrytpoFUNd Agency team members have no decision-making or influence within the receiving organizations.
- ParrotFUNd team members will make initial charitable decisions until a consensus of members is available. (see below) First priority will be to those Nominated for Awards through ParrotFUNd form.
- CrytoFUNd Agency , ParrotFUNd nor team members can be recipients of charitable distributions.
- Priority to recipients which are verified non-profit avian support organizations, but recipients may include for profit organizations (example, an avian focused pet store which rescues birds for rehoming at zero profit) or individuals who have verified activity in helping rescue birds which could include providing temporary shelter or transportation from the current environment to shelter.
- We passionately believe recipients must be verified however need to be open beyond non-profit. It takes many selfless people, all playing a part, for some rescues. People meet with animal control, engage other authorities, drive hours to pick up, provide weeks of shelter and rehab, etc. Their lives would not exist without these people and although some are non-profit, many of them are either simply loving (crazy) bird people or even for profit companies. There are many costs incurred and this mechanism should be open for consideration to cover the entire chain that makes rescues possible.
- Initially the Agency will select from known 501.3c avian rescue groups and those well known in the community to play an active role in rescues.
- Selection will be published and will become a merit based system determined by the FLOCK.
- We look forward to this selection to be an exciting celebration of accomplishment of those who share their current stories, voted on by our FLOCK community once we have 100+ active FLOCK members.
- FLOCK is defined as active participants in our social media. At this time, they will not need to be PARROT HODL but we reserve the right to limit voting rights to FLOCK members HODL at least 100 PARROT token in the future. Initial membership of the FLOCK will be the private ParrotFUNd Facebook Group, different than ParrotFUNd Facebook Page. Group is reserved for the public community of bird owners who wish to join on Facebook.
- Amounts of each distribution will vary depending on PARROT market volume and contribution. We expect to distribute larger awards to 501.3c and yet preserve some to recognize and compensate others who play an active role whether it be once or routinely.

Protect value with anti-whale measures :

We have decided the consolidate our communications through Facebook / Meta. It allows us the ability to share and vote within an application most everyone has access to. The group is private simply to help us build a verifiable quorum for the FLOCK since they will ultimately be voting.
