In the beginning, the PARROT team will decide but as we grow the FLOCK to 100 active members so we have a balanced consensus, the PARROT team will post the top nominations to be voted upon.
TREATS must be greater than $100 total to the recipient. In the beginning, it will take longer as TREATS are created by market volume defined as purchase, sale and use of PARROT. Our goal is LARGER TREATS, TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS, EVERY SINGLE DAY!
No. It will depend on merit but all TREATS will be a minimum of $100.
